Dragon Fruit Pitaya Smoothie Recipe
Pitaya Smoothie is thick and creamy, the bright pink color makes it more gorgeous. Pitaya Dragon fruit is high in antioxidants too. If you’ve never tried pitaya, it’s similar to a kiwi, but not as acidic. This superfood smoothie is super simple to make, taste refreshing and looks so gorgeous.
- 1 dragonfruit, sliced in half and soft flesh scooped out. The fruits come with white or pink skin. I used pink and it’s known as Pitaya.
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 slice of frozen pineapple
- 2-4 frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup non fat plain greek yogurt
- Milk, for blending
- Simply blend all the ingredients and enjoy!
